Shipping & Delivery

LOCAL DELIVERY - Vancouver Area:

We offer delivery in the Vancouver area. Delivery is often same day (for orders placed before 10am PST) or next day delivery. If you specify a specific delivery date, we'll use that date for your delivery. We do our best to deliver quickly and use a local delivery company. 

We understand last minute orders. Same day delivery can often be arranged and same day store pick-up is easily organized. 

Delivery Charges:  
$5 Vancouver 
$12 Rest of YVR 

YVR area includes: Richmond, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, New Westminster, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Langley, Delta, Surrey, White Rock, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows & Mission.
$25 Squamish & Whistler 
 

Delivery Details 
Please note that extra lead time may be required for larger orders or during the holiday season. 

Please be in touch if you are multiple crates that need to be delivered to the same address.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total size, weight and destination of your Giving Crate and an estimate provided at checkout. We will refund any shipping costs if you are overcharged.


STORE PICK-UP
Store pick-up at Giving Gifts - 4570 Main Street, Vancouver is always FREE.  


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Please contact us for a quote or order online and we will follow-up with you to confirm the exact delivery charge. 

 

GIFT NOTES
Gift notes are included free with each Giving Crate purchased. We will follow-up with you to confirm your personalized sentiment.
